Recovery heat to the Burner at 130 C

Temperature of product at exist kiln = 30 C

A clean hot air from Indirect cooling recovery to the combustion system. This is normal for my design we will save 70-80 C which means money saving for go night party.	Some kiln maker they don't put attention about cooling. But I do care about cooling system as much as firing system.  So my Indirect cooling usually must be able to adjust minimum 8 zone.
kiln 42 meter we use 46 burner. I like small burner but a lot thus giving me more chance to adjust at every 30 cm.	I do garantee that you can touch the product by hand at ambient temp. this kiln is 1250 C product come out is too cold without cooling crack. wellcome to come and touch by your hand.
Automatic transfer car. well this is only part I not happy. It's work but not pretty. next time will be more fantacy in design.
	Computer Recorder help you to check all movement of the firing at least 6 month.

	1 pcs Fiber roof block better than they sale in the market size 30x30 cm. Pls remember that more joint more shrinkage. So I have less joint then less shrinkage.
