เตานี้เป็นเตาลูกที่ 3 แล้วครับ ที่ลูกค้าเรา บริษัท Siam service & consultancy co.,ltd หรือเรียกว่า Siam Anglo
ลูกค้าโทรมาบอกว่า ชารี เราจะต้องเพิ่มกำลังการผลิตแล้วนะ เอาด่วนๆได้ไหม 4 เดือนเสร็จ
เนื่องจากของมันเคยทำมาแล้ว เคยเจอแล้วว่าอะไรบกพร่อง รอบนี้เลยพัฒนาขึ้นมาบ้าง แต่ก็น่าจะทำให้มี เทคนิคใหม่ๆเกิดขึ้นกับการผลิต
เป้าหมายเตานี้คือ
1. ต้องประหยัดพลังงานกว่าเตาเดิม
2. ต้องบำรุงรักษาง่ายกว่าเดิม รวดเร็วกว่าเดิม
3. Down time ต้องน้อยลง ต้องเข้า Service ได้ภายใน 3 ชม โดยไม่ต้องรอเตาเย็น ( 30 ชม )
4. ต้องผลิตสินค้าได้มากกว่าเตาเดิม

Here is our 3rd rotary kiln gasificaiton system for this customer. the same company but buy from us 3 plant already.
we have learnt some mistake from 2nd rotary kiln gasification. we have mistake in pressure and vibration force also maintennance hour.
we have to wait 6-8 hr for repair in case of emergency to enter the kiln.
so this 3rd plant new design for cooling and flow automatic control. we can cool down system in 60min.
with the new design of motorise valve damper temp 1100C and new blower 1100C.
we make blower by ourself as in the market no supplier can garantee that they can sale blower temp 1000C to us.
this 3rd rotary kiln gassificaiton system still can be more develop. I hope i could play more technology in the kiln No.4
